Summary:
TalentLNX is hiring a Pharmacy Shipping Specialist for a growing healthcare organization. This is a work-from-home call center position focused on directly supporting patients, ensuring accurate and timely procesFng of their referrals and prescriptions. The Specialist will play a key role in patient interactions, managing communication and resolving any issues related to their care.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to manage patient referrals and prescription processes, ensuring all communications are efficient and patient-focused.
- Assist patients with inquiries regarding their prescriptions, monitor progress, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions, including call logs and action items.
- Identify and resolve patient-specific issues to ensure smooth processing and timely delivery of services.
- Act as the main point of contact for patient inquiries, ensuring they receive prompt and accurate information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve patient issues and ensure a seamless experience.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient needs promptly and escalating issues when necessary.
- Independently resolve complex issues using creative problem-solving techniques.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and patient privacy standards.
- Foster positive and supportive relationships with patients and internal teams.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Work Environment:
- The role involves an 8-hour shift within the hours of 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST.
- This is a full-time, remote call center position, offering 40 hours per week.
- Company equipment will be shipped to your home before your confirmed start date.
- Candidates can be located in Pittsburgh, PA, Orlando, FL, or Raleigh, NC.
- The role operates in a professional home office environment and requires reliable internet access to perform all job duties.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center, pharmacy, healthcare, or insurance-related role.
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on patient satisfaction and effective phone etiquette.
- Ability to build supportive and empathetic relationships with patients over the phone.
- Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to review and interpret data.
- Flexibility to adjust work schedule based on patient needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification.
- Experience with call center operations and workflows within the healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of pharmacy or medical insurance processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, providing clear, data-supported information in a confident and professional manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to identify and analyze trends.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
