Summary:
TalentLNX is searching for several motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technicians to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will assist pharmacists in delivering outstanding pharmaceutical care while ensuring that medication is managed safely and effectively for our patients. Role & Responsibilities:
- Work in a closed door pharmacy environment with no patient facing responsibilities in this position.
- Support pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
- Verify prescription information and patient details, ensuring compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, and shelving medications and supplies, maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Conduct medication reviews to identify potential drug interactions and ensure patient safety.
- Maintain accurate records of all prescriptions and transactions in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in the training and supervision of pharmacy interns and technicians as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy practices and patient care.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support pharmacy operations effectively.
Work Environment:
- This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week.
- The role takes place within a closed door pharmacy services healthcare setting, interacting with internal support staff, pharmacists, and healthcare customer service professionals.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation and dispensing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with pharmacy laws and regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in pharmacy management software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in retail pharmacy operations
- Knowledge of sterile compounding procedures
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Commitment to continuous professional development in pharmacy practices
- Experience in customer service within a healthcare context
