Part Time Brand Expert

Charlotte Tilbury is currently seeking a Part Time Brand Expert to join our team. As a Part Time Brand Expert at Charlotte Tilbury, you will be responsible for promoting and representing our brand, products, and image in-store. You will create an exceptional customer experience through outstanding makeup artistry and customer service. You will embody the ethos and values of Charlotte Tilbury and reflect our customer base. Ideal candidate would have experience with Sephora, Ulta and department stores.

Requirements

Main Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service by promoting the Tilbury Touch and delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
• Drive sales by demonstrating product knowledge and sharing the benefits of our products.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and professional work environment.
• Ensure the counter/gondola is well-maintained, clean, and stocked throughout the day.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment.
• Support visual merchandising efforts and assist with setting up new displays and launches.
• Participate in events and execute them successfully.
• Maintain effective communication with the Brand field team.
• Manage your schedule, clock in and out, and submit time sheets in a timely manner.
