About the Job
Printfresh is looking for a Social Media Associate to manage the day-to-day of our organic social media posting and communication. This role contributes to the strategy and content development of all channels, supports the development of the social strategy, and creates organic content for Printfresh’s social media accounts in order to cultivate community via compelling copy, creative assets, and an engaged social media presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule, and curate content for the Printfresh social media accounts with the goal of increasing reach, strengthening the Printfresh brand, and growing our followers.
- Oversee the daily management of each platform, ensuring all posts are scheduled on time to align with the marketing calendar.
- Respond to comments and direct messages in a timely manner on organic platforms and paid social posts to ensure our community feels heard and remains engaged.
- Stay up-to-date with the social media landscape and continually identify moments to partake in trends while remaining on-brand.
- Consistently gather inspiration for new and engaging content ideas and series, working independently and/or with the photography team to create content
- Contribute to comprehensive weekly and monthly analytics reports, showcasing important KPIs and using results to inform future plans.
- Work closely with other departments to align on all messages, visuals, and influencer content, ensuring their seamless integration across each channel.
- Assist with the compilation of user generated content for potential use across other platforms.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Thorough understanding of the social media landscape, with an interest in trends as they relate to marketing.
- Creative thinking with the ability to identify opportunities on social and how social ideas work across platforms.
- A skilled eye for visual aesthetics to ensure all platforms look their best.
- Thorough understanding of what makes social media copy compelling and the ability to spot opportunities for adjustment or editing.
- Highly organized and self-sufficient, with the ability to prioritize tasks in order to complete daily tasks and simultaneous projects.
- Ability to present information in a cohesive and concise manner, both internally and to external partners.
- Has a completionist attitude; will do what it takes to contribute meaningfully to a project and finish it.
- Adaptable and optimistic amidst changes in the ever-changing world of social media and the retail landscape.

Requirements
- At least 3+ years of social media experience managing platforms for a business or organization
- Experience with social media management tools such as Sprout, Hootsuite, Dash Hudson, or a comparable platform
- Excellent writing skills
- High attention to detail
- Graphic design skills a plus

- This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule. In-office days are typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Additional office days may be required as needed.
