Operations Manager for a Janitorial/Commercial Cleaning environment.
Opening in the Bethlehem area.

Role Priorities:
- Management of day to day account operations
- Optimization of labor
- Customer retention
- Implementation of company policies and SOP
Responsibilities:
- Follows company operation standards for training, cost control, quality, safety, and on-time service.
- Follows company policies in the area of capacity planning, scheduling, customer satisfaction, employee relations, and performance relations.
- Builds a team of key employees capable of carrying out operational growth strategies and improving employee relations.
- Adheres to operational budgets to ensure compliance with organizational expenditure requirements.
- Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Wage: We are a pay-for-performance organization. Starting wages are competitive and we have a full benefit offering depending on your status.
Salary is $55k-$65 depending on experience.

- Current/Valid Drivers License
- Personal Vehicle
- One-year minimum supervisory/management experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Consent to a Drug test and Background Check
