Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and confident Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in consulting, prescribing, and educating members, guests, and medical staff. The Nurse Practitioner also assists with the individual customization of health and wellness plans for clients/guests to address underlying issues and achieve optimal wellness while ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
(include, but not limited to the following):
Client Assessment:
- Review and/or conduct thorough Good Faith Exams to evaluate client/guest overall wellness, including medical history, lifestyle factors, and current health status
- Consult with clients/guests to understand their health goals and concerns, and develop personalized wellness plans, including determining client/guest therapy eligibility based upon health status
- Proficiency in completing Good Faith Exams/ health assessments within the practice and/or telehealth modalities
Prescribing Authority:
- Evaluate patients' healthcare needs and prescribe medications, including vitamins, supplements, and other therapeutics, as appropriate, to support their wellness goals and according to corporate practice of medicine (CPOM) state regulations and scope of practice
- Follow evidence-based guidelines and best practices when prescribing medications, taking into account patients' medical history, allergies, and potential drug interactions
- Educate patients about the purpose, dosage, and potential side effects of prescribed medications, ensuring they have the information needed to use them safely and effectively
- Collaborate with physicians/healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care and optimal treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with corporate to maintain consistency of current guidelines and regulations
- Maintain current knowledge of pharmacology, drug therapies, and prescribing regulations through continuing education and professional development activities
IV Therapy Administration:
- May assist to administer intravenous therapies, including hydration, vitamins, minerals, specialized treatment
- May assist to monitor and assess guests throughout the infusion process to ensure safety and efficacy
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date and detailed records of client assessments, treatment plans, administered therapies
- Ensure compliance with corporate, legal and regulatory standards related to healthcare documentation
Quality Control:
- Ensure the integrity and sterility of IV equipment and solutions
- Adhere to infection control and safety standards
Quality Improvement:
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance delivery of wellness services/optimize patient outcomes.
- Collect/ analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of wellness interventions and identify areas for improvement.
Client Education:
- Educate guests on the benefits of IV hydration and wellness therapies
- Provide information on post-treatment care and lifestyle recommendations
Collaborative Care:
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Licensed/Registered Nurse with accredited college Masters or Doctoral degree in Nursing (including maintained continuing education).
- Completion/Certification from a Nurse Practitioner program such as the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
- Valid Basic Life Support Licenses (BLS Certificate).
- Advanced coursework or certification in integrative medicine, preventative care or wellness preferred.
- Prescriptive authority or eligibility for prescriptive authority, depending on state regulations.
- Minimum 1-3 years clinical experience as Nurse Practitioner, preferably in primary care or a related area.
- Familiarity with IV therapy administration and protocols. Extensive IV experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to formulate differential diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and preventative measures (HIPAA confidentiality, infection spread, etc.) .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and engage/educate them in their healthcare journey.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of advances in nursing practice, wellness, and integrative medicine.

Benefits
Hourly pay: $45-$65/hr, based on experience, plus Performance Incentive Plan
