About the Role:
You will be responsible for the daily maintenance of Windows network and cloud applications. Provide support for all systems and respond to escalated service requests. Monitors and responds to service and security related alerts. Documents network infrastructure, applications, and procedures. Maintains resources to ensure data availability and disaster recovery.
For this position you will report to Senior Network and Security Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with installation and maintenance of network hardware and software.
- Assist with daily operations of MS Azure based services.
- Assist with daily operations of MS O365 environment.
- Ensures network performance by performing network analysis.
- Monitor and investigate security incidents and alerts.
- Participate in troubleshooting network outages or performance issues.
- Document’s infrastructure, configurations, and support procedures.
- Monitor and verify replication.
- Provides administration of servers, both physical and virtual, routers, switches, firewalls, software deployment, security updates and patches.
- Assist with managing virtualized server environments.
- Monitor cloud services and respond to service issues.
- Document network diagrams, software configurations and other equipment.
- Perform scheduled policy audits.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of computer networking, computer systems, Remote Access, and other associated technologies.
- Ability to write documentation.
- Knowledge and experience in excellent customer service practices.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with end users and vendors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Virtualization, Windows Server OS.
