Municipal Engineer

Hire Resolve’s client is urgently seeking the expertise of a Municipal Engineer in West Chester, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Work on a variety of projects; this includes municipal engineering for Pennsylvania municipalities (including subdivision & land development reviews, road rehabilitation, stormwater management (SWM) / MS4, capital improvements, grant writing, and attendance at public meetings).
• Preparation of engineering reports.
• Work on project design and permitting.
• Coordinate master planning-related tasks.
• Perform (outdoor) construction inspection work, when needed.
• Additional tasks may be assigned, as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering-oriented discipline (preferably Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering).
• 4+ years of professional experience working in Engineering, preferably with infrastructure / stormwater projects.
• PE is a plus!
• Experience working on infrastructure / stormwater projects.
• Experience working on design and permitting activities.
• Experience working with water resources (such as stream and waterway restoration) is a plus!
