Medical Director, Pulmonary Medicine

Are you a visionary leader prepared to advance a Pulmonary Medicine department? We are in search of a Chief of Pulmonary Medicine to manage clinical operations, foster program development, and lead a high-performing team in Philadelphia, PA.

Your Role:

• Manage daily clinical operations and physician staffing to guarantee exemplary patient care.
• Drive strategic initiatives to expand and enhance Pulmonary Medicine services.
• Guide and train clinical staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Attract and cultivate top-tier physicians and nurse practitioners to strengthen the department.
• Execute quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
• Engage in clinical practice while overseeing operational and policy development.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) possessing an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
• Board Certification in Pediatrics and completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatric Pulmonary Fellowship
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in an outpatient pediatric pulmonary setting
• At least 3 years of experience in leadership roles and change management
• Robust expertise in clinical operations, program development, and quality improvement
