Requirements
Position Description:
O'Hagan Meyer is seeking an associate attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience to join its Philadelphia office. This attorney should have experience in general commercial and professional liability litigation (e.g., healthcare, ENO/DNO, specialty care/senior living litigation), human trafficking and sexual abuse litigation, mass torts and class actions.
Our team defends licensed professionals and institutions, including nursing homes, drug, alcohol and mental health treatment centers, and other specialty or skilled care facilities. We also defend insurance agents and brokers, lawyers, architects, engineers and other licensed professionals. In addition, the team has defended multiple professional sports teams and organizations including USA Gymnastics and Boy Scouts of America. We also routinely defend hotels, motels and others in the hospitality industry.
