Walters & Galloway, PLLC is a leading legal services firm. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team. As a Litigation Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing outstanding legal support to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in various court matters.
• Conduct legal research and provide advice to clients on complex legal matters.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Assist with the discovery process.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
