Lead UX/UI Designer 

Type: Permanent role 

Location: Philadelphia 

Work Location: Hybrid working model - working from home, the office and client locations.

The Lead UI Designer plays a pivotal role in leading large complex deliveries in different industries and technologies for global clients.  You'll be steering a team to support a user’s flow through a client's system and their ability to successfully interact and complete their goals.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Solid experience in a Lead or Senior of User Interface Design role and experience leading large and complex deliveries of user focused digital products.
  • A proven understanding and application of fundamental principles of UI and UX Design strategy in line with business goals and lead the solution of undefined problem spaces. 
  • Experience creating, leading and facilitating workshops and design sprints within an agile software development environment.
  • Understand the opportunities and limitations of the technology that the design solution will be expressed in, and use your experience to influence and guide senior stakeholders and how to determine its implementation. 
  • The ability to develop processes and provide support to lead and senior members of the team who will implement process improvements.
  • The ability to lead, shape and coach people across the club, working to define UX strategy, best practice and design approaches for clients and within the club.
