Lead Dentist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Dentist to open a new clinic in Cranberry Township, PA.

As the Lead Dentist, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented team of dental professionals, providing high-quality dental care to our patients. You will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Performing a full range of dental procedures, including but not limited to restorative, cosmetic, and surgical treatments
• Providing leadership and guidance to the dental team, including mentoring and training
• Ensuring compliance with all dental regulations and standards of practice
• Managing and maintaining dental records
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients
• Collaborating with dental specialists for complex cases

Requirements

• Dental degree from an accredited institution
• Current dental license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general dentistry
• Proven leadership and management skills

• Proficiency in dental software and technology
