Lampe Campground Facility Attendant

The Erie-Western Pennsylvania Port Authority is currently hiring for the position of Lampe Campground Facility Attendant. As a Lampe Campground Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Lampe Campground facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check campers in and out of the campground.
• Use reservation software to make future reservations (training will be provided).
• Perform campsite maintenance duties between reservations.
• Answer phone calls and address inquiries pertaining to reservations and general campground information.
• Conduct general upkeep and maintenance of the campground facilities.
• Assist with landscaping duties as needed.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This is a seasonal position with flexible hours (24-40 hours per week) and the opportunity for growth within the Erie-Western Pennsylvania Port Authority.

Requirements

To be considered for the Lampe Campground Facility Attendant position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using a Windows based computer and reservation software (training will be provided).
• Basic maintenance and landscaping skills.
