Jewelry Production Associate

We are seeking a meticulous and self-driven individual to join our production team. The ideal Jewelry Production Associate is highly skilled with their hands, possesses excellent fine motor skills, and excels at working with small objects. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, methodical work habits, and strong organizational abilities. The individual must be diligent and capable of producing consistent, high-quality work efficiently. This position is essential for supporting the growth of our retail and wholesale jewelry business.

Position Details:
Part-time: 12–20 hours per week
Flexible scheduling
Option for hybrid-remote work
$16 to $18 per hour / DOE

Responsibilities:
Assemble and efficiently construct jewelry products
Ensure timely delivery of finished products
Prepare materials for jewelry production
Communicate and coordinate effectively
Gain thorough knowledge of the all in-house jewelry collections

Requirements

Experienced with repetitive handcrafted work.
