Acentra is looking for an IT Systems Implementation Analyst (Entry Level) to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
Coordinate, plan, document and manage implementation and solution projects from initiation to delivery. Work closely and collaborate with external and/or internal customers to deliver projects against performance measures including scope, quality, and scheduling targets. Provides centralized support to geographically diverse locations. Must collaborate and work closely with implementation project team members, including cross-functional departments as well as clients.
Job Duties:
· Develops project specifications and objectives from initiation to delivery for implementation projects. Entails interface with clients and/or internal staff to gather and document specifications and other project specifications. Defines scope of efforts required to meet objectives and develops comprehensive and predictable project schedules.
· Maintains and updates project plans, agendas and systems set-up documentation. Includes determining project steps, activities, the sequence of events, critical success paths, dependencies and the duration of tasks. Collaborate with technical staff to estimate time requirements to complete project tasks and milestones. On a regular basis, updates the project plan with actuals and forecasts.
· Identify and acquire appropriate resources to ensure and to assign project responsibilities to ensure necessary resources and activities are carried out in the most efficient, integrated, and productive manner while meeting project targets. Coordinates resources within respective departments, other internal departments, outside service providers as well as materials committed to the projects.
· Performs various implementation tasks on projects including system rules definition and configuration, questionnaire definition and configuration, and the configuration of all user-defined system features. Provides web-based system demonstrations and training as needed.
· Prepares reports for leadership’s review on the projects progress, issues and expenditures as appropriate. Identifies factors jeopardizing the project and escalates issues as appropriate, recommending solutions to senior project team members and implementation services managers/directors.
· Analyzes detailed systems factors including input and output requirements, information flow, hardware and software requirements, and alternative methods of problem resolution.

Required Qualifications/Experience:
· Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and systems
· Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and healthcare standards.
· Meticulousness in documenting requirements, system changes, and testing results.
· Requires some knowledge of information management and user needs
· Must be efficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PP)
Preferred Experience:
· Hands on experience with configuring systems/applications in a healthcare environment particularly Atrezzo
· Experience in the healthcare industry in IT preferred
· Knowledge of healthcare IT systems
· Experience with project management tools and methodologies
· Prior experience (internships, coursework, or projects) in healthcare IT or systems analysis

Compensation
The compensation for this role is between $56,800k and $85,200 a year plus benefits.
