IT Support Technician

 As an IT Support Technician, you will support multiple sites throughout Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, and Lancaster Pennsylvania. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for day-to-day operations and troubleshooting multiple sites both remote and on-site. Duties will require traveling on-site to locations to perform certain tasks. Environment is MS Windows based with varying mobile technologies site to site.

IT Support Technician Requirements

Key Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in hardware/software support (remote and onsite).
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional employee support.
• Willingness and ability to travel between office locations for onsite support (25-mile radius home office)
• Must lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency in documenting and resolving support tickets promptly.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with asset management and inventory tracking.
• Familiarity with FreshService or similar IT service management tools.
