Pay:

$17/hour

What is the shift for the position?

Weekdays: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5pm)

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to meet operational demands while minimizing excess or obsolete stock.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits, reconciling discrepancies and ensuring records align with actual stock levels.
  • Assist in ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies, verifying shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain accurate records in the warehouse management system (WMS) and ensure all inventory movements are documented.
  • Identify inefficiencies in inventory processes and propose solutions to improve workflow and accuracy.
  • Work closely with Fulfillment team to forecast inventory needs based on business trends.
  • Ensure all inventory management practices comply with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Perform on-call duty occasionally to satisfy emergency needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
  • Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all inventory-related tasks.
  • Ability to analyze inventory data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of standard operational methods of storing, shipping, and receiving.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., Datex WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
  • Previous experience operating an order picker preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a warehouse environment.
