The purpose of this position is responsible for the monitoring, picking, and storage of clinical trial inventory to ensure products are maintained at proper storage conditions and accurately detailed within CSM’s inventory system.

Your role at Clinigen:

  • Pick inventory for distribution and production teams
  • Work directly with other departments in addressing inventory concerns
  • Learn to interpret and use production and shipping schedules to manage workload to meet timelines as requested
  • Consolidate material appropriately
  • Repackage material to match usage for production and shipping
  • Ensure product is stored in proper location and environmental conditions
  • To follow, promote and enforce relevant SOPs, Job Aids, and Company policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • 1 year of related work experience in warehouse setting
  • 1 year of experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), or Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
  • Preferred experience with operating a pallet jack and forklift

  • Highly computer literate; experience operating with all Microsoft Office software
