Align ENT & Allergy is a growing healthcare organization focused on providing comprehensive care across a wide network of ENT specialists, allergy treatment providers, and audiologists. Our team works to create value by delivering exceptional patient care while striving to achieve the goals of improved clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and seamless patient experience. As we expand, we are seeking an Integration Manager who will lead and manage projects to integrate and optimize new partnerships, acquisitions, and operational initiatives.
Job Summary:
The Integration Manager will play a pivotal role in the integration of new physician practices, facilities, and business lines within Align ENT & Allergy. This position involves overseeing all aspects of integration projects, ensuring smooth transitions, and driving continuous improvement across departments. The Integration Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leadership, operations, clinical, and support services, to ensure that integration efforts are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
The Integration Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the integration of new acquisitions, partnerships, and operational processes, including:
- Leading multiple integration projects simultaneously, ranging in size and complexity, with a focus on aligning practice operations, systems, and services.
- Collaborating closely with leadership and operational teams to define integration priorities and ensure a smooth transition.
- Managing project life cycles from initial planning through to full execution, ensuring deadlines are met and outcomes are achieved.
- Coordinating with various departments (e.g., clinical, IT, support services) to align resources and ensure seamless integration of new practices.
- Analyzing integration requirements, identifying operational risks, and developing solutions to ensure success.
- Communicating regularly with all stakeholders, providing updates and status reports on integration progress.
- Leading problem-solving efforts for any cross-functional issues that arise during integration and escalating issues to senior management when necessary.
- Facilitating training, education, and role clarification for practice leadership and team members to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Providing oversight and guidance to external consultants, vendors, and third-party stakeholders involved in integration projects.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare integration, project management, or operations management, with a strong understanding of physician practice management and operational workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present and influence at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
- High level of organizational and analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse departments and work with physicians, practice leaders, and clinical teams to align goals and processes.
- Prior experience with successful EHR transitions / migrations.
- Prior experience in healthcare acquisitions, mergers, or integrations is preferred.
Travel Requirements:
- Travel may be required up to 75% depending on project needs.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments, with a deep understanding of practice operations, patient care systems, and administrative processes.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business environments and operational needs.
