Job Description

• Represent clients in insurance coverage matters, primarily on the defense side.
• Prepare pleadings, briefs, and motions.
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and witness preparation.
• Provide courtroom representation, handling trials and hearings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation.
• Strong litigation skills with recent experience.
• Defense-side focus is required.
• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (additional admissions a plus).
