Your Role: HVAC Technician

As an Experienced HVAC Technician at Munro Heating and Air, you’ll bring your 3+ years of expertise to the table, solving problems, delighting customers, and delivering exceptional service every day.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems.
• Installing HVAC systems, ductwork, and components with precision.
• Diagnosing issues quickly and resolving them efficiently.
• Providing outstanding customer service with every job.
• Ensuring safety and quality standards are always met.
• Completing accurate service reports and communicating findings.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in residential HVAC, including installs and service for rooftop units, heat pumps, A/C units, gas and oil furnaces/boilers, and water heaters.
• Certified & Equipped: EPA certification (preferred) and your own basic HVAC tools.
• Customer-Focused: A friendly, professional approach to service.
• Reliable: Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Physically Capable: Able to work in challenging conditions like hot attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments.
• Clear Background: Criminal background check and drug test required.

While we love to have people grow with us, we are not currently accepting HVAC student applicants or apprentices. Only candidates with 3 or more years of field experience will be reviewed.
