HVAC Superintendent

• Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Oversee diagnosis of electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
• Lead team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding the status of repairs or installations.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices and safety.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading projects in the HVAC industry.
• Valid HVAC license or certification.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or leading a team.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Minimum of 7 years' experience
