Hospice Registered Nurse

Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Hospice RN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and their families during a critical time.

In this role, you will provide compassionate end-of-life care to patients in their homes or in hospice facilities. You will assess and manage pain, symptoms, and emotional needs, while providing support and education to both patients and their families. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for our patients.

Requirements

To qualify for this position, you must:

• Be a registered nurse with a current and unrestricted license
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Hospice, Palliative Care, or a related field
• Possess excellent clinical and assessment skills
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be knowledgeable about end-of-life care and pain management
• Have a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Have a reliable means of transportation and a valid driver's license
• Possess current CPR certification
• Additional certifications relevant to hospice care are preferred
