The salary for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities:

Our Social Media Content Strategist is a creative social and content enthusiast who is able to build stories through social media. This individual understands the nuances of each social media platform, and creates platform-specific content that’s tailored to our core audience.

Our Social Media Content Strategist understands best-in-class social media practices and uses this knowledge to create messaging with clear strategic objectives.

As a Social Media Content Strategist, you are responsible for leading, developing, and managing our online platforms. These strategies must build our recruitment and business needs. You are tasked with continuing to develop the brand as the go-to source for Law Firm Marketing and Coaching.

In addition to being a World-Class Social Media Strategist, you must also demonstrate the following skills:

• Capable of working effectively with and delegating tasks to a team of creative professionals to meet content requirements
• Exceptional storytelling, presentation and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail
• Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Adaptable, resourceful and curious
• Skilled in designing social media strategies to build top-of-funnel brand awareness
• Expertise in directing video content for YouTube & Social Media
• Proficient in managing, creating and publishing original, high-quality content
• Collaborate effectively with designers and writers to execute content plans
• Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on social media KPIs

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience is required
• Deep understanding of social media within digital marketing
• Capable of creating effective strategies to drive sales and consultations via social media
• Proficient in creating comprehensive social media strategies to enhance engagement and brand awareness across multiple platforms
• Strong creative and writing skills, with expertise in directing platform-specific messaging
• Skilled in project management, coordinating with designers and writers to achieve content objectives
• Proven success in growing a YouTube channel YouTube channel to 200,000+ subscribers
