SPANG Career Collective, a recruiting agency, is working on behalf of our client, a healthcare organization, to find a Healthcare Provider Contract & Payment Specialist Specialist to join their team.

The Healthcare Provider Contract & Payment Specialist Specialist will manage payment contracts for physicians, residents, and fellows, ensuring that all payments made to employed and independent providers (physicians and advanced practice providers) align with contractual agreements.
Key responsibilities include administering various payment components, such as incentive structures, supplemental compensation, educational loan payments, and other relevant payments. Additionally, the Contract & Payment Specialist will handle analytical work related to payment systems, ensuring proper processing of supplemental payments, including signing bonuses, residency/fellowship stipends, retention incentives, and extra work incentives. All payments must be backed by documented agreements, such as offer letters and employment agreements.
Requirements
- Prior experience in Healthcare compensation is required
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively and multitask in a dynamic environment
