About the Role:
Eriez is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Production Specialist to join our team. This position will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's marketing efforts by producing high-quality graphic materials that effectively communicate our brand, products, and technologies. The ideal candidate will be a skilled designer with a keen eye for visual details, a solid understanding of design software, and an ability to work collaboratively across teams to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality graphics for print, digital, and social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling visual content for advertisements, literature, technical manuals, product packaging, websites, and trade show materials.
- Assist with the creation of presentation decks, promotional videos, and other media to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Ensure all materials are prepared for production and distribution, meeting Eriez's standards for quality and timeliness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand specific project needs and deliver visually impactful designs that meet those objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in design and digital media.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, agency, and/or production environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating skills in print and digital design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) and other design software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Knowledge of web design, video editing, or UX/UI principles is advantageous.
- Understanding of video production and editing is a plus.
- Experience with 3D modeling or animation is a plus.
