Graphic Designer

BrainPad, a leading manufacturer of patented Brain-Pad® dual-arch mouth-guards, is seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our creative team. With a focus on reducing forces to the TMJ and base of the skull from lower jaw impacts, our products have gained popularity among professional sports athletes in boxing, mixed martial arts, football, and various other contact sports.

As a Graphic Designer at BrainPad, you will play a crucial role in communicating our brand message and creating visually compelling designs. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop graphics for digital and traditional marketing campaigns, product packaging, trade show materials, and other promotional materials. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and contribute to our brand's visual identity. With a compensation of $30.10/hr.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for digital and traditional marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters, and print advertisements
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and strategies for promotional campaigns
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform design choices
• Prepare final artwork for production and provide specifications to printing vendors
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure alignment of design and brand strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Portfolio showcasing strong design skills and creativity
• Experience in creating designs for both digital and print media
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
