Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and onboard safety demonstrations
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarkation
• Serve meals, snacks, and beverages to passengers
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with passenger inquiries
• Respond to in-flight emergencies and provide first aid as necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin and service areas

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Fluent in at least one native language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
