Entry Level Rapid Response IT Team Member

What You'll Do

• Provide first contact technical support via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, including hardware, software, networks, and printers.
• Communicate easily, and confidently with our awesome client base
• Manage and maintain client's IT infrastructure
• Maintain an organized ticket queue, providing regular ticket notes and updating ticket statuses
• Document ticket completion notes in a way that end users will understand
• Collaborate with team members for assistance, and escalate tickets as needed
• Communicate regular updates to the Service Manager

Requirements

• General technical understanding
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• IT troubleshooting ability
• Strong Windows and Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• Ability to work independently, and with a team
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• A passion for having fun while performing at a high level
• Ability to work On-Site in Mechanicsburg Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
