Entry Level / Loom Operator/Weaver - All Shifts

Snap-Tite Hose, a leading manufacturer of firefighting, agricultural, and industrial hose is seeking Entry Level Loom Operators/Weavers to join our team on all shifts. As an Entry Level Loom Operator/Weaver, you will be an integral part of our production process, helping to manufacture our high-quality hose products. This is an entry level position with a starting wage of $15.00 per hour. Eligibility for holiday pay begins on your first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate looms and machines to weave and produce various types of hose products
• Assist in the manufacturing process, including feeding and inspecting materials, monitoring machine operation, and troubleshooting equipment issues
• Clean and maintain work areas and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet our stringent standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• No prior experience required - we provide on-the-job training
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team setting
• Physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Basic math skills and ability to read work orders and follow specifications
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
• Ability to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays
