Entry Level Laborer

Snap-Tite Hose, a leading manufacturer of firefighting, agricultural, and industrial hose is seeking General Help for our production team. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in the manufacturing process and ensuring smooth operations of our facility.

This is an entry-level position with a starting wage of $15.00 per hour. In addition, we offer a shift differential for off shifts of $2/hr!!

Responsibilities

• Assist in various stages of the manufacturing process
• Operate machinery and equipment under supervision
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Participate in shift handovers and communicate effectively with team members
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• No prior experience required, on-the-job training will be provided
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication skills
• Flexible and available to work off shifts
