In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for assisting in various tasks in the manufacturing process during the 2nd or 3rd shift. You will work under the guidance of experienced team members and supervisors to ensure production efficiency and quality standards are met. Responsibilities

• Assist in different stages of the manufacturing process
• Operate machinery and equipment, following safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• No prior experience required, on-the-job training will be provided
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to work on either 2nd or 3rd shift
