Early Intervention Operations Manager

Career Connections Recruiting is currently seeking an Early Intervention Operations Manager for a leading provider of early childhood intervention services. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the early intervention program, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to children and families. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or related field
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
• Knowledge of early intervention practices and regulations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff, families, and community partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Experience working with children with developmental delays or disabilities is preferred
