As a Custom Home Builder at Wilkinson Homes, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish. This includes working closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from small custom homes to large estates, and will be instrumental in bringing our clients' dreams to life.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to develop and finalize construction plans
• Manage all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
• Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors, ensuring that all work is completed according to specifications and within budget
• Monitor the progress of each project and make necessary adjustments to ensure that deadlines are met
• Inspect completed work to ensure that it meets quality standards and complies with building codes
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any questions or concerns

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Custom Home Builder
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building codes
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, construction plans, and specifications
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
