Custodian

We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. *Responsibilities* - Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, mopping, sweeping, and dusting - Maintain and clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming - Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked with necessary supplies - Handle trash removal and recycling duties - Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed - Notify management of any repairs required - Follow all health and safety regulations *Requirements* - Proven experience in custodial or related roles - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies - Ability to handle basic maintenance tasks - Attention to detail and thoroughness in work - Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects - Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing is a plus - Experience in residential painting, facilities maintenance, or commercial/industrial cleaning is desirable
