The salary for this role is $60,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating all client contracts using company standards and guidelines for accuracy and internal compliance.
- Perform standard, advanced, and confidential administrative duties requiring broad experience, skill, and knowledge of organization policies and procedures related to customer contracting.
- Processing 1st payments in QBO and setting up new clients in billing and CRM systems.
- Process cancellations and ensure a comprehensive off-boarding process.
- Responsible for entering and maintaining customer contract information in HUBSPOT in a timely and accurate manner.
- Responsible for receiving executed customer contracts, verifying the contract, notifying the appropriate parties, processing for countersignature, and returning fully executed customer contracts to the customer.
- Follow internal policies to ensure compliance.
- Other duties, tasks, and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of staff accounting, paralegal, administrative, or equivalent experience.
- Strong Google Platform skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic with the ability to complete tasks and deliverables under tight deadlines while maintaining flexibility
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities
- Ability to anticipate needs and be proactive
- Must be highly detail-oriented
- Must have experience with responsibly managing time in a remote setting
- This position will evolve, and this person must be very flexible, and willing to learn and grow with the role
- Ability to work in our Bala Cynwyd, PA office on Thursdays is highly preferred
