Chief Content Wizard (aka Content Marketing Specialist)
If you're a creative mind with a knack for turning ideas into captivating content, and you're ready to bring some fresh vibes to an in-house marketing team, we want to hear from you! At IncentFit, a seasoned player in the SaaS world of health and wellness, we've been helping hundreds of organizations and thousands of their employees for more than a decade. Currently, we're on the lookout for a content creation pro to join our marketing team.

What you’ll do:
- Craft and execute content strategies that'll make heads turn and business grow.
- Design and draft top-notch content for blogs, websites, social media, whitepapers, ebooks, ads – you name it. We’re willing to explore and test all options in order to best get our message out.
- Manage an editorial calendar, delegate tasks, and make sure we're meeting deadlines.
- Optimize content for SEO and Google Analytics and drive up those web metrics.
- Share our content across the digital landscape, making sure we're everywhere.
- Listen to our audience, toss around ideas for more engagement, and keep your finger on the pulse of content and consumer trends.
- Research what's hot and make sure our content stays relevant and appealing.
- Cook up cohesive campaigns for social, digital, video, and email media to shout about our awesomeness.
- Nourish client relationships like a content connoisseur, ensuring their needs are met.
- Measure and report KPI data, revealing the magic behind our marketing mechanics.
Why you’re qualified:
- Bachelor's degree in literature, journalism, graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience in content creation, marketing, or communications. Candidates with less than three full years of experience, excluding internships, will not be considered. This is not an entry-level position.
- Deep understanding of content practices, including SEO, SMO, and PPC.
- Proficient in content management systems like WordPress and design tools such as Canva.
- Excellent computer skills with MS Office and Google Suite.
- Knowledgeable about various content platforms, social media, blogs, video, and print media.
- Ability to stay ahead of content and consumer trends and technological advancements.
- Passion for the healthy lifestyle grind and bonus points if you're a fitness or nutrition guru.
- Bonus points if you also know the in-and-outs of B2B SaaS and/or HR industry marketing.
- Creativity, innovation, and decision-making that reflect our core values.
- Comfortable researching and writing about all things exercise and healthy living.
- Strong interpersonal skills for forging client connections and relationships.
- Ability to work autonomously, top-tier communication skills, and a knack for project management.
- Confidence in Google Ads or SEO? That's the cherry on top!
- Experience with B2B, SaaS and/or HR and wellness companies is a plus.

- Compensation of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, dependent on experience.
