Collection Specialist

Keystone Credit Services LLC is seeking a motivated Collection Specialist to join our team, working primarily on the phone in an office environment. Our collection specialist supports our business and individual client accounts, obtaining maximum results while preserving a professional creditor-to-client relationship. This is an opportunity to learn more about the debt collection industry and applicable laws while collecting commercial, consumer, medical, and tax collection debt for our clients.

Keystone Credit Services LLC is a fast-paced collection agency based in Lititz, PA. We are part of Smoker & Company, a family of companies. Our mission is to meet the total debt collection needs of our clients while maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Researching the location of and contacting past due parties
• Recovering outstanding debts from the parties by negotiating a payment plan
• Determining if litigation is needed to recover outstanding debt
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies of amount of money owed
• The ability to work independently and efficiently

Requirements

• Strong background in customer service, preferably over the phone
• Possesses strong and effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Professional attitude
• Basic PC skills, data entry, proper spelling, and grammar
• Proficient reading and writing
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Excellent voice clarity
• Ability to be polite and courteous while maintaining the confidence to control the conversation
