The salary for this role is $80,000-$85,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities:

• Owning all communication with clients as it relates to our coaching group calls and department updates. 
• Help facilitate group calls 
• Handle anything tech related for group calls (calendar invites, scheduling, zoom, etc.)
• Responsible for our coaching portal as well as our business management software. 
• Help book, coordinate and plan our Quarterly Business Workshops.  
• Assist our Coaching Manager and Executive with anything needed for the department.
• Manage a small team of Coaches.

Requirements

• 5+ years in an Operations role
• Highly organized
• Great communication skills 
• Attention to detail
• Excellent writing skills 
• Tech Savvy 
• Needs to function at a fast-pace and be adaptable
• Able to multitask and juggle many projects at once
• Experience with Kajabi is a plus
