Client Service Associate for Wealth Management Office
About Private Wealth Management
At our Private Wealth Management, our client families come first. We work with them to determine and define the true purpose of their wealth and then assist them in achieving those goals.
Many of our families fall into the ultra-high net worth category, with a different view of wealth, with unique joys and burdens. We leverage our three decades of experience to bear in this area, and we understand all the specific details, no matter how big or how small. Better yet, we can help simplify those complexities so they can be more confident in their family’s future for generations.
To that end, we are looking for someone who has worked in and around HNW and UHNW individuals and families and is experienced with the high-level touchpoints required to provide excellent service.
The Role of Our Client Service Associate
The role of our Client Service Associate is to act as an assistant to our Financial Advisors and manage the day-to-day operational and support duties that serve our clients.
You will enhance the client experience and provide exceptional service, support the firm’s functions as needed, and serve as administrative and operational support to the Financial Advisors.
Our ideal candidate works well as part of a team and does not get ruffled by high-pressure deadlines.
The principal duties are:
- To assist the Financial Advisors with specific tasks that may or may not interact with clients.
- The Client Service Associate (CSA) provides an excellent level of support for both our clients and prospects and provides critical infrastructure for this process.
- Data Entry, including entering meeting notes and processing paperwork for client accounts.
- Administrative support includes, but is not limited to, answering phones on the first ring, responding to incoming emails and not letting them linger, distributing mail, preparing outgoing mailings, and managing the calendars for client and prospect appointments.
- Onboard new client accounts, including assisting the FA to complete the documentation and applications.
- Maintain client relationships through the processing of client requests, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring that client information and documentation is kept current.
- Respond rapidly to client concerns and maintain regular status updates regarding their service issues.
- Create and compile expense and performance reports for management purposes.
- Stay current about company products and services.
The person we’re looking for thrives in a high-energy environment. You are outgoing and enjoy client interaction and find satisfaction in helping people. You have a high emotional intelligence and an aptitude for identifying opportunities. You enjoy resolving client concerns and you ask questions to help dig into the heart of problems.
You are a problem solver with a high work ethic, and you have a good understanding of technology. You are punctual, organized, and self-motivated. You are also detail-oriented and checklist-driven.

- Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations.
