Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
Requirements
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Working quickly without compromising quality
- Knowledge of English language
Benefits
Your pay is based on a 25% revenue sharing model for the cost of the job.
Your payout will be the combination of the following:
1) Revenue Sharing
2) Customer Tips (you keep 100% )
3) Potential Incentive Payouts
4) Weekly Pay Dates - Your pay is direct deposited every 7 days into the Financial Institution of your choice.
Based on our earnings model your time commitment and earnings potential is in your control. Our revenue sharing model allows you to control your earnings based on the number of jobs completed.
At times there may be additional payouts and incentives to take on extra jobs.
Lastly, when you do a great job for your clients your client has the ability to provide you a Tip $$$.
