Caregiver/ PCA

Eminence Home Care is looking for caring and reliable individuals to join our team as Caregivers/PCA. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety, and supporting their overall well-being. As a Caregiver/PCA, you will build meaningful relationships with your clients while making a positive impact in their lives. Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support clients with daily living tasks, including meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Ensure a safe and clean living environment for clients.
• Monitor and report any significant changes in clients' health or well-being.
• Encourage and assist clients in maintaining independence.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
