Primary Responsibilities: 
- Direct and optimize daily plant operations to exceed customer expectations. 
- Manage production, quality, and loading of finished products onto trucks. 
- Coordinate plant activities and develop production plans and budgets. 
- Implement cost-effective systems of control over operating expenditures. 
- Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production operations. 
- Monitor inventory of ingredients and minimize production labor over time. 
- Maintain plant facilities, equipment, cleanliness, and professionalism. 
- Provide leadership, training, and development to plant personnel. 
- Ensure audit readiness and compliance with food safety standards. 

Requirements

- 3+ years of manufacturing management experience. 
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. 
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. 
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks. 
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
