Automotive Service Advisor Trainee

A Service Advisor Trainee will great customers, answer questions they may have and provide information on procedure and policies. Service advisor trainees will work directly with Faulkner’s service customers to set appointments as well as provide customers with price quotes, reach out to customers about recalls, and handle the courtesy car program. Service advisor trainees will also handle the administrative, cashier, and customer relations aspects of service department operations.

Automotive Service Advisor Trainee Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a clean, valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience of proven work experience in the automotive industry or similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Ability to substantially contribute to the team to achieve defined organizational goals
• Ability to understand manufacturer's specifications
• ADP experience a plus
• Selected candidate must be able to perform all job functions, including: bending, standing, lifting, and reaching
