The Associate Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the marketing strategy through coordinating and implementing marketing and communication initiatives with the goal of increasing the awareness of CSM’s service offerings and promoting sales leads.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Marketing experience in an international healthcare and B2B environment preferred
- Experience with lead generation in previous roles preferred
Your role at Clinigen:
- Coordinate the implementation of marketing initiatives, aligning with Business Development and different internal stakeholder groups
- Online communication: Support content development and coordination with third parties on copy, graphic design, SEO/SEM, email newsletters (external), rollout of targeted online marketing campaigns, website updates and maintenance
- Create and manage a suite of sales enablement tools, including presentations, brochures, and training materials, that support priority offerings and empower the sales team
- Share marketing intelligence and information with team
- Support internal communication among business, division and Group-wide
- Coordinate creation and update of marketing and sales collateral, including brochures, case studies, white papers/gated content, animations, videos presentations, and trade show displays
- Coordinate event participation, incl. cost forecasts and performance analysis and event communication
- Media: Support development of articles/ads in specialised industry magazines, digital and printed
- Liaise with colleagues on a global level and third parties for smooth implementation of strategies and project follow-up
- Collaborate with Inside Sales to support Marketing / Inside Sales alignment
- Assist with reporting of marketing KPI performance vs goals

- Highly organised and strong attention to detail, able to prioritise and manage multiple activities at the same time
- Highly computer literate; experience operating with all Microsoft Office software
- Analytical skills with the ability to determine actionable insights from data
