Full Job Description
Work with a team that’s changing the way local brands grow. As a Account Manager, you’ll work closely with our clients and various department teams (creative, development, content, social, paid media, and production) to ensure smooth and timely execution of client projects and steer our clients success.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating tasks, managing project timelines, and communicating with team members to keep everything on track. If you're passionate about nurturing long-term relationships and driving measurable outcomes, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Assist with managing client onboarding and ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate client tasks across teams (creative, dev, social, content, and more).
- Track project progress and adjust timelines as needed.
- Communicate with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure alignment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Help manage website projects from concept to completion, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Oversee the timely and successful delivery of our services according to client needs and objectives. Coordinate with creative, development, content, social, paid media, and production teams to execute projects efficiently.
- Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for client projects, including development of project scopes and objectives.
- Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams. Ensure regular updates on project progress and manage any necessary changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Monitor and analyze client projects' performance and develop new strategies to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in account management, preferably within a marketing agency.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building client relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and trends.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
