Account Management Coordinator

While no two days are alike, the AM Coordinator can expect to: 

• Create and distribute timely outreach emails to coaches for senior account managers (Sr. AMs) and leaders, including C-Suite.
• Craft engaging and comprehensive coach bios for Sr. AMs and leaders 
• Efficiently manage purchase order (PO) tracking, follow-up, and internal filing processes.
• Update deal dates for high-stakes opportunities for senior AMs.
• Engage in Coach bench outreach for potential client opportunities.
• Assist in proposal review and Quality Assurance.
• Proactively qualify leads through Mini-TES and TES StraightIn processes.
• Responsibly handle inquiries submitted through the "Contact Us" form.
• Actively participate in Account Manager (AM) and Business Development (BD) calls, listening in for learning purposes and capturing valuable notes.
• Undertake miscellaneous projects, including End-of-Year (EOY) reports, client outreach/Point of Contact (POC) gathering, mock pitches, and more.
  

Requirements

• 2-3 years related work experience. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a client-focused mindset. 
• Polished interpersonal communication skills and a drive to connect with people
• Self-starter with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to learn and adapt to new technologies ( Macbook and Hubspot experience is a plus! )
