We are currently hiring an experienced and motivated Account Executive, In-Home Wound Care to join our team and help us expand our reach in Philadelphia, PA by establishing referral partnerships with providers and positively impacting the health of wound care patients.
The Account Executive will focus on the following:
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals and organizations in the Philadelphia, PA area.
- Educate physicians and healthcare professionals about Esperta Health's services and the benefits of in-home wound care
- Generate and follow up on leads to increase patient referrals
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic growth plans
- Attend conferences and networking events to promote Esperta Health and expand our network
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Track and report on sales activities and outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in patient referral business development or sales
- Minimum of 3 years of experience calling on physician offices, focused on developing referral partnerships
- Ability to meet weekly metrics
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Philadelphia, PA area
- Resides in Philadelphia, PA Metro area
