3rd Shift - Entry level-2 Dollar Shift Differential

Snap-Tite Hose, a leading manufacturer of firefighting, agricultural, and industrial hose is seeking candidates for 3rd Shift Weaving, Finishing, Extrusion and Vulcanizing to join our team. These positions are entry-level position with a starting wage of $15.00 per hour, plus a $2 shift differential for 3rd shift.

No experience is required as we provide on-the-job training. We offer competitive benefits and eligibility for holiday pay.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment according to production requirements
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning
• Monitor product quality and adjust machine settings as needed
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete production and quality reports accurately and timely
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work 3rd shift and the willingness to be trained
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
